Responsibilities:

1）Assist with relevant deal sourcing; participate in project analysis

2）Conduct project research, data collection and feasibility analysis; prepare research reports

3）Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, participate in business negotiations and draft contractual agreements, etc

4）Conduct post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies and general management, support portfolio companies with industry resources, provide relevant value-added services

Responsibilities:

1）6 plus years of consumer retail or FMCG management, sales or M&A experience, or consumer PE investment experience

2）Deep understanding of the consumer field, willing to learn, and have a passion for investment

3）Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, work well within in a team, willing to travel and have a certain level of business development skills
