Responsibilities:

1）Assist the team in finding relevant investment opporunties, participate in investment selection and analysis

2）Conduct project research, data collection and feasibility analysis; prepare research reports

3）Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, participate in business negotiations and draft contractual agreements, etc

4）Deep understanding of the consumer field, willing to learn, and have a passion for investment

Responsibilities:

1）5 years of PE consumer investment experience, with a focus on advanced manufacturing, energy saving & environmental protection and new materials

2）Deep understanding of advanced manufacturing, energy saving & environmental protection and new materials, have a successful track record

3）Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, work well within in a team, willing to travel and have a certain level of business development skills
