Greenwoods Bloom Fund III portfolio company Giant Biogene Holding Co. has successfully listed on the
Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 4th November, 2022; stock ticker is 2367.HK.
Giant Biogene’s IPO price is HK$24.3 per share, rallied 10% in the trading debut, finishing up at HK$26.7 per
share with an equivalent company market value of HK$26.476 billion (~24.2 billion RMB). In the end of 2021,
Greenwoods participated in its pre-ipo funding round.
